Shed members were saddened to hear of the death of Shed stalwart and oldest member Ernie Brooker, last Wednesday. Ernie had been in Gosford Hospital for some time. He was the Shed expert in scraping, sanding and painting of items salvaged by other members.
He had his 90th birthday last year and until this latest bout of illness he looked after himself and drove himself to the Shed each day. Funeral details have not yet been finalised.
The Entrance Men's Shed
